CULTURAL DANCES OF PAKISTAN
Pakistan is pluralistic society which comprises nearly 72 different ethnic populations, who are inhabitant of this land with its own identity. They speak different languages and demonstrate their feeling in varieties of ways. Although they are from varieties of cultural background but they live together as one nation.
The main ethnic populations are Punjabi, Sindhi, Urdu speakers, Balauchi, Pashtun, Siraiki, Barohi, Kashmiri, Shina, Balti, Gujarati, Chitrali and some other minority ethnic groups. Mostly people are familiar with each others languages, dresses and some popular music and dances. But mostly people are not familiar with the dances exact name and its type. Here I try to collect some video clips to know, from which parts of the country these dances belong and how they perform it.
